QUEST Flow Controls' Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve (Series N) is available in both soft seated and metal seated configurations, manufactured in compliance with API 6D, API 608, ISO 17292 and ASME B16.34. Available in size range of NPS 2" to 48" (DN50 to DN1200), it supports pressure ratings of Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 making it suitable for the most demanding high pressure applications. The soft seated configuration operates from -46°C to 260°C (-51°F to +500°F) while the metal seated configuration extends performance up to 450°C (-51°F to +842°F). Body materials include Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel with Flanged and Butt Weld End connections. The valve supports Manual Gear, Pneumatic, Electric and Hydraulic actuation for full flexibility in automated and critical process environments.
